Conference Registration
Registration should be performed online at IEEE Information Theory Workshop - Registration. Registration includes welcome party, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, a banquet, and conference materials.
Prices are Australian Dollars. You may pay by credit card. Credit card fees will apply (1.96% for Visa/MasterCard).This fee will be added when finalising your registration.
Notice about author registration The authors' registration deadline is 17 August 2014. In order to be included in the final program and the proceedings, at least one author for each accepted paper must register at a non-student rate when submitting the final camera-ready paper (with a maximum of three papers registered by the same author). Accepted papers without registered authors will not appear in either the final program or the proceedings. In order to link your registration form to a paper, please use the paper's 10-digit EDAS identifier, for example 1569947323.
At the conference venue, the registration desk hours are:
- Sunday, November 2 — 4:00 pm–7:00 pm
- Monday to Wednesday — 8:00 am–6:00 pm

Cancellations
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the event organiser. Registration cancellations received up to 3 October 2014 will receive a full refund (less your incorporated registration fee). Registration cancellations received between 4 October and 20 October 2014 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 20 October 2014. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative.
A refund processing fee of $25.00 plus GST is payable for all refunds requested and processed by Conference Online.
