The Welcome Reception will be Sunday, 2 Novemeber, 5:00 pm–7:00 pm. The Banquet Dinner will be Tuesday, 4 November, 7:00 pm–9:00 pm in the Sovereign Room. Buffet lunches as well as coffee breaks, will be offered Monday to Wednesday.
